Total Rewards: Compensation Systems/Plan Design

Many organizations struggle with issues of whether positions must be paid hourly or may be exempt from overtime and the associated payroll practices of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). One way of partnering with clients is through HRG Retainer Relationships in which member organizations can contact an HR advisor without incurring hourly fees. HRG provides a 24-hour response time, with most issues addressed immediately in one contact. Additional services may be included based on client need.
